Rishta, rishtey or rishtay: what does it mean?

Rishta (رشتہ) is the Urdu word for a marriage proposal or match; rishtey or rishtay (رشتے) is its plural, also written rishty. That is where the name RishteyPk.com comes from.

What do I need to sign up?

Only your name, email address and a password, and whether the profile is for a bride or a groom. You can add your photo, education, family details and partner preferences later from your dashboard.

Can I call members on RishteyPk.com?

Yes. You can voice-call members for free from the chat when they are online, send voice messages and add a voice introduction to your profile. Calls go through RishteyPk.com, so neither side sees the other's phone number, and you can block anyone from calling you.

Who can see my mobile number and photo?

Your mobile number is hidden by default and you choose whether to show it. You can also hide your photo so it appears blurred until you accept someone's interest.

How do I report a fake or abusive profile?

Open the profile and choose "Report this profile". Our team reviews every report and can block accounts that break the community guidelines.
